was established in Singapore with the founding team who believes the needs of providing sustainable, smarter and safer technologies to clients which also have the same priorities with Tam Yao.

Everyday, the clients may face high levels of inefficiency and danger in their environments. Tam Yao curates more smarter and safer technologies with strong sustainability in mind to the clients, so that their staff can focus more on their productivity in return.

Southeast Asia is Tam Yao’s main focus where the clients in Southeast Asian countries are growing faster than other regions. They also face sustainable challenges as part of their corporate sustainable responsibility goals. We believe the clients need to be improved with their productivity in their own sustainable way too. This is why the founders establish our team in 2018, to help our customers to be more competitive in modern digital industrial ecology.

  - Graduated with Master degree at one of top universities in Taiwan
  - Having more than 10 years of experience in engineering industry
  - Working with product principals to develop sustainable and workable solutions for clients according to their needs and requirement

- Will Tan | Marketing Director & Cofounder
  - Handling account managements from the beginning to the end of project cycles
  - Able to launch proper sales and marketing processes for products and services to clients
  - Sourcing for new leads and client opportunities through various channels and personal networks

- Dr. Jet Lauw | Product Director & Cofounder
  - Graduated with PhD degree at one of top universities in China
  - Managing projects with deep civil and structure engineering background and more than 30 years of experience in buildings and facilities
  - Advising building, space and venue owners on sustainable technologies
